particular, are cut from the trunks of deciduous hardwood trees. The
hardwood category includes the oaks, ashes, elms, maples, birches,
beeches and cottonwoods. Among the most popular of these are oak and
maple, which are commonly used for constructing furniture and cabinetry.

tools and fastened with adhesives, nails, screws, bolts and dowels. Wood
