Our craftsmen handcraft luxury,
elegant high-end museum quality solid wood furniture, i.e.: chairs,
dining tables, desks, chiffoniers and bedroom furniture, kitchen
cabinets, wood carvings and architectural parts: mantels, beams,
corbels, doors, windows etc. We handcraft everything from custom single
primitive pieces to entire households of finely finished pieces of
furniture. We make every piece of furniture ourselves:

All productions are handmade. Handmade means your house 100% unique.
There is no same piece in the world. |

Our craftsmen team, consists of well trained highly skilled
cabinetmakers, carvers, gilders and polishers, The traditional wood
structural are strictly followed by the craftsmen. That leads the
productions high efficient, elegant and last longer. Mortise & Tenon
joints instead of nails are used to connect the wooden parts. |

Natural Materials |
| |
|
Only local fine hard wood, like walnut, elm…is used. We believe that a
collapsed barn or backyard burn pile is not a fit ending for lovely 100
year old wood. We build most our furniture from old wood we rescue from
falling down barns, crumbling houses, and every where else in north
China where beautiful old wood is in need of recycling. That makes the
productions more natural and the wood more stable. |

The most important is: modern functions, Files, name cards and CD
storage as well as TV function is considered professionally. Most famous
brand hardware like rails and hinges with are used. |

Handles, rings, and some other outside hardware are made by blacksmiths |

classic European furniture and architectural parts. |

Finishing |
| |
|
Each piece of furniture we craft goes through multiple steps in the
finishing process. One by one, each is hand-sanded and hand-rubbed
numerous times to enhance the patina of the wood. It is then stained as
necessary in several stages. With our painted furniture, additional
steps are taken such as "rubbed-through edges" and "distressing" to give
each piece the appeal of an aged original. |

Structure: |

|
All our chairs and beds incorporate fine manufacturing techniques used
by early craftsmen. The spindles are hand-shaped, then wedged and glued.
Our continuous bows are steam bent and all seats are contoured, adding
to the final touch and style. |

Most of the doors on our furniture are crafted using a technique called
true raised panel construction with mortise and tenon joinery. This
design is practical as well as beautiful, as it adds strength and
durability to all the furniture it enhances. |

We use traditional, tried and true construction techniques such as
mortise and tenon and dovetail joinery. These joints have been used for
thousands of years. |

We handcraft our solid wood drawers using dovetail construction. Each
drawer is hand fit to its designated opening in the cabinet. Our bureaus
feature a centered wooden glide. This ensures that the drawer won't come
off track or tilt, allowing the drawers to glide smoothly time after
time. |

The furniture can be entirely free standing, fully fitted, or very
popularly, free standing but with the appearance of being fitted. This
means you can have a piece of unique furniture that fits a space exactly
and if you move house the cabinet can move with you. |
