How long will take take from order to the loading?
If you only choose the finished goods, It will take 7 days, during that period, we will do antique inspection, touch up the pieces, packing.....
How long will take take from the container loading to the ship on sail?
Normally, it will takes 1week, during that period, we will do the fumigation (if need), custom clearance and all other processes.
How long will that take to arrive our port?
It will take about 16-20 days to west coast of American, 30-35 days to the base port of Europe or east coast of American. For other ports, please contact us directly.
Which sea port are you going to use?
The sea port we are going to use is Xingang, Tianjin. It is the biggest port is North China, 100KM from out factory.
What King of Price are you going to provide?
FOB or Ex-Work is the price can be provided. The ex-work price is cheaper than the FOB price, but the customer has to pay the handling fee separately per container. Normally we do not provide CIF price.
What does handling fee mean?
Handling means the cost we need to do pay except the sea freight and cost of the merchandise, it includes: antique inspection, packing, loading, inland transportation, custom clearance, fumigation, documentation, UPS... If the price condition is FOB, there will be not handling fee.
What Kinds of Wood Are You Using?
Normally we use elm, birch and pine. According to the requirements of customer, we also use the plywood.
Can we fill the containers with part antiques, part new furniture?
Yes!
What is the conditions of your quotation?
Per the requirements of customer, we can provide either FOB or Ex-factory price.
How long will that take for you to finish the order?
It will depend on how big is the order and our work load, normally it will take 4-8 weeks, since the deposit is received
